Fish and Halibut Processing

After a successful day of fishing the next thing on your mind is going to be, “How do I get my fish processed”. We’ve been helping customers navigate this for a long time. Many of our customers stay at our Kenai Riverside Resort or use our guided fishing services on the Kenai River. If you’re going to be in the Kenai River and Soldotna area we are happy to help you out with this as we have our own fish processing located there. We offer all of our customers a discounted fish processing rate of $1.50 per pound to portion, vacuum seal, and freeze if you are able to bring it to Soldotna. 

Other customers may need to have their fish processed in Homer and there are several places we recommend. They will portion, vacuum seal, freeze, and store your fish for you while you are in the area. When you’re ready to depart they will give you the frozen fish packed in cold-storage, airline approved travel containers, weighing 50 lbs or less, for you to take with you as checked baggage. If you need to have the fish shipped home, they will gladly do that as well.
